Who We Are
Pianohour Pest Control is a referral service for homeowners in the Nashville area. When you are dealing with insects, rodents, wildlife or termites, we connect you with an independent local provider who can inspect your home and give you a written estimate. We do not do the pest control work ourselves.
Why This Service Exists
When pests show up, you usually want two things. You want the problem gone, and you want it to stay gone. The first part is the provider's job. The second part depends a lot on what happens afterward: sealing gaps, fixing leaks, keeping up with follow-up visits and knowing what was treated and when.
We set up Pianohour Pest Control to help with both. You get a quick way to reach a local provider, and you get plain guidance on the habits and records that help results last. Many people find that once they know what to look for, they feel calmer about the whole thing.
How Providers Are Matched
When you send a request or call, we look at where you live and what kind of help you need. We then connect you with an independent provider who serves your area and does that type of work, or with a marketing partner who works with such providers. The provider gets in touch with you directly to plan a visit.
What We Ask of Providers
We ask providers in our network to explain what they find in plain words, give written estimates and treat your home with care. We expect them to hold the licenses and insurance their work needs and to follow product labels and wildlife rules. We also ask them to share prevention advice, since that is what keeps you from calling again. When we hear repeated complaints about a provider, we may stop sending them requests.
What We Do Not Do
Pianohour Pest Control does not treat homes, trap animals or apply termite products. We do not employ or supervise providers, set prices or promise how soon someone will arrive.
How We Are Paid
Pianohour Pest Control may be paid by providers or marketing partners when we connect them with homeowners. You do not pay us anything. You pay the provider directly for any work you agree to, at the price they set. You can read more on our referral disclosure page.

You are never obligated to hire the provider you speak with. Read the estimate, ask questions and decide when you feel ready. If you would like to talk it over first, request a callback and a local provider can help.
