How Our Network Works
Talk with a local provider
Who You Will Talk To
When you reach out to Pianohour Pest Control, your request goes to an independent pest or wildlife provider who works in your area, or to a marketing partner who connects homeowners with local providers. The person who calls you back works for the provider. They can answer your questions, set up a visit and give you a price.
What the First Call Is Like
The first call is usually short and friendly. You will probably be asked:
- What you have noticed, and where in the house
- About how long it has been going on
- Whether you have children, pets or anyone with health concerns at home
- Which days and times suit you for a visit
If an animal is inside your living space, say so right away. If you have photos of droppings, insects or damage, have them handy. A few notes on when you first noticed the problem help too.
Questions You Might Want to Ask
Before you agree to anything, you might ask:
- Are you licensed and insured for this work?
- What do you think is causing the problem?
- What will you use, and how should I prepare?
- How many visits will it take?
- What happens if the problem comes back?
- What can I do afterward to keep it away?
- Can you give me the estimate in writing?
A provider who answers patiently and does not rush you is a good sign.
Keeping Your Own Notes
Jot down the provider's name, the date of each visit and what they told you. Take a photo of every estimate and receipt. Those notes make follow-up visits smoother, and they are useful if you ever need to talk with your insurer or sell your home.
You Decide
There is no obligation to hire anyone you speak with through Pianohour Pest Control. Take your time, compare quotes if you like and go ahead when you feel comfortable.
