Raising a Concern
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches out to Pianohour Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something did not go right, please tell us. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what to expect. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What You Can Raise
You can contact us about:
- Your experience calling or contacting Pianohour Pest Control
- How your personal information was handled
- Information on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
Concerns About a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, the first step is usually to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We would still like to hear about it. Your feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Pianohour Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
If your concern is about how a pesticide was applied, you may also contact the agency that regulates pest control in Tennessee.
How to Reach Us
Email contact@pianohour.com and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- What happened and what you would like us to do
What Happens Next
We will let you know by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider, then reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Not Satisfied
If you are not happy with our response, you can ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau.
